I enjoy a practice that stimulates mind and body and helps me to move more confidently and comfortably in the world – a yoga that reflects and responds to life at a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. I believe yoga can do this for everyone and that it can become an extraordinary journey of learning, of discovery and of healing.
