Looking ahead to yoga in the autumn

I’m taking a short break from teaching over the summer, with classes beginning again in September. All the dates and details are below. If you want to come along and try a class, then please get in touch via the contact page. All classes are suitable for beginners as well as more experienced students.

Tuesdays, 10am-11.30, at the Quaker Meeting House – 5th Sept to 24th Oct. £60 for the half-term/8weeks.

Chair Yoga on Tuesdays, midday-1pm, at the Quaker Meeting House – 5th Sept to 24th Oct. £4 per class.

Thursdays, 6pm-7.30pm, at the Sacred Heart Church Hall – 7th Sept to 26th Oct. £60 for the half-term/8weeks.

Fridays, 9.45am-11.15am, at the Sacred Heart Church Hall – 8th Sept to 27th Oct. £60 for the half-term/8weeks.

Summer yoga

Dates for the summer term are:

Tuesdays, 10am-11.30, at the Quaker Meeting House – 20th June to 18th July. £37 for the half-term.

Chair Yoga on Tuesdays, midday-1pm, at the Quaker Meeting House – 20th June to 18th July. £4 per class.

Thursdays, 6pm-7.30pm, at the Sacred Heart Church Hall – 22nd June to 13th July. £30 for the half-term.

Fridays, 9.45am-11.15am, at the Sacred Heart Church Hall – 23rd June to 14th July. £30 for the half-term.

Springtime classes

After the Easter break, Minehead yoga classes will run on the following dates. If you’d like to join a class or want to know more about the yoga we practice, please get in touch.

Spring is on its way

And it’s time for our yoga practice to reflect the emerging energy in nature as we slowly grow into a new season. Shake off the winter with a weekly yoga class to inspire the mind and release the body. Get in touch if you’d like to join one of the classes below – prior booking essential.

Halsway Wellbeing Week

Bookings are now being taken for the very first Halsway Wellbeing Week – a space to explore yoga, art and walking in the special landscape of the Quantock Hills in Somerset. I’m really excited about this as it brings together everything I love – sharing yoga, being creative and walking in nature. The huge value and benefit of the natural environment to our health and wellbeing is the subject of much study at the moment and during the week we’ll explore how we can improve our own sense of wellbeing through learning to pay more attention to our mind and body and the world around us. beginnings…

So this is the beginning of my first online adventure! The intention is for this to become the place to find out about my yoga classes, workshops and retreats, as they evolve. And eventually, for it to be a space to explore the overlaps between yoga, creativity and walking in the great outdoors – my three passions! Let the journey begin…
