A small, friendly class suitable for beginners as well as those with a regular practice. Paid per half-term, in advance.

Tuesdays, midday – 1pm at the Quaker Meeting House, Bancks St, Minehead TA24 5DJ

A gentle, chair-based practice for those with physical limitations or disabilities. We mostly work from a seated position, incorporating some standing movements as appropriate, and the sessions are very much tailored to the needs of the group each week. This is a very sociable group and a great way to experience all the benefits of a traditional yoga practice. £4 per class.

“Chair yoga for me is excellent as I find getting down to the floor is difficult. It helps greatly for all the joints of the body. Tracey is always mindful of our particular needs and offers lots of alternatives.” Gill

Thursdays  6pm-7.30pm at the Sacred Heart Church Hall, Townsend Road, Minehead TA24 5RG

Unwind at the end of the day with an enjoyable and stimulating practice open to those with some experience of yoga, or none at all. Paid per half-term, in advance.

“There is always something new to learn at Tracey’s classes, each term focuses on a different aim or theme and I enjoy this variety. However I feel when I come to the class, by the end I go away feeling much calmer, relaxed and centred. I look forward to the class, especially after a stressful day; it gives me time for myself, to relax and rebalance.” Caroline

Fridays 9.45am-11.15am at the Sacred Heart Church Hall, Townsend Road, Minehead TA24 5RG

The perfect start to the weekend and a class for those who enjoy a mindful practice in good company. Paid per half-term, in advance.

“I prefer a slower yoga practice as I find I am more aware of what’s going on in my body, and it helps calm my breathing.” Barbara F.
