Weekly classes in Minehead currently follow school term dates and are booked in advance (see terms & conditions below). If you’d like to come and try a class, just get in touch. Dates for each term will be posted in the blog.

Tuesdays 10am – 11.30am at the Quaker Meeting House, Bancks St, Minehead TA24 5DJ

A small, friendly class suitable for beginners as well as those with a regular practice. Paid per term, in advance.

Tuesdays, midday – 1pm at the Quaker Meeting House, Bancks St, Minehead TA24 5DJ

A gentle, chair-based and standing practice for those with physical limitations or disabilities which mean that getting up from the floor is difficult. We mostly work from a seated position, incorporating some standing movements as appropriate, and the sessions are very much tailored to the needs of the group each week. This is a very sociable group and a great way to experience all the benefits of a traditional yoga practice. £4 per class.

Thursdays  6pm-7.30pm at the Sacred Heart Church Hall, Townsend Road, Minehead TA24 5RG

Unwind at the end of the day with an enjoyable and stimulating practice open to those with some experience of yoga, or none at all. Paid per term, in advance.

The perfect start to the weekend and a class for those who enjoy a mindful practice in good company. Paid per term, in advance.

Terms & Conditions: To reserve your place in a class, the fee for the term is payable in advance. Existing students have priority providing payment is received by the last class of the previous term.

Term lengths vary. For each term block, I run an extra free class which allows for any unanticipated cancellations, due to bad weather etc. For example, you will pay for 5 classes, with 6 classes running that term.

There is a drop-in option of £10 per class when places are available.
